  • 3 tablespoons red candy melts (for drizzling, optional)
  • Green sanding sugar for decoration

Instructions

  1. Prep Your Ingredients: Unwrap the Little Debbie Christmas Tree Cakes and place them in a large bowl.
  2. Crumb the Cakes: Use a handheld mixer to crumble the cakes into a fine dough (about 1-2 minutes).
  3. Add Festive Sprinkles: Fold in the festive sprinkles with a spatula.
  4. Roll the Truffles: Scoop the dough, roll it into balls, and place them on a parchment-lined baking sheet (15-20 balls).
  5. Chill the Dough: Refrigerate for 20-30 minutes.
  6. Melt the White Coating: Melt the white chocolate or candy melts in a microwave-safe bowl, stirring every 30 seconds.
  7. Dip the Truffles: Dip each chilled cake ball into the melted chocolate, allowing excess to drip off.
  8. Prepare the Drizzle: Melt the red candy melts and drizzle over the truffles.
  9. Decorate: Sprinkle green sanding sugar atop the truffles.
  10. Chill to Set: Refrigerate for 10-15 minutes until the chocolate sets.
