Irresistible Condensed Milk Coconut Candies

A nostalgic treat made with sweetened condensed milk and shredded coconut, perfect for any occasion.

  • 2 cups shredded coconut
  • 1 can (14 ounces) sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, combine shredded coconut, sweetened condensed milk, vanilla extract, and salt. Stir until evenly combined.
  2. Mix thoroughly using your hands if needed until the mixture is sticky but manageable.
  3. Line an 8×8-inch baking dish with parchment paper.
  4. Pour the coconut mixture into the dish and press it down firmly to an even thickness.
  5. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours or until firm. Alternatively, place in the freezer if you are short on time.
  6. Once set, lift out using the parchment paper and cut into small squares or rectangles to serve.

Notes

For a beautiful presentation, dust with extra shredded coconut or a sprinkle of sea salt.
