Ingredients

Scale

  • 450g large shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 60g butter
  • 4 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon Italian herbs
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Pat shrimp dry and season with salt and pepper.

  3. Add remaining butter and garlic to skillet. Sauté 30 seconds until fragrant.
  4. Pour in wine, scraping up browned bits. Simmer 2 minutes until reduced by half.
  5. Stir in cream and Parmesan. Cook 3-4 minutes until slightly thickened.
  6. Return shrimp to pan with lemon zest, juice, and pepper flakes. Heat through.
  7. Garnish with parsley. Serve immediately.
