  • 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Onion Powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon Black Pepper

Instructions

  1. Pat chicken thighs dry with paper towels (key for crispy skin).
  2. In small bowl, mix all dry spices together.
  3. Rub chicken with olive oil, then coat evenly with spice mixture.
  4. Preheat air fryer to 380°F (193°C) for 3 minutes.
  5. Arrange thighs skin-side down in single layer in air fryer basket.
  6. Cook 12 minutes, then flip and cook 10-12 more minutes until internal temperature reaches 175°F (79°C) and skin is crispy.
  7. Let rest 5 minutes before serving.

  • For extra crispy skin: pat dry again right before cooking
