2 large flour tortillas (10-inch)
1 cup crispy chicken tenders, chopped (or 1 large breaded chicken breast)
4 strips bacon, cooked and crumbled
1/4 cup ranch dressing (plus extra for drizzling)
1/2 cup shredded lettuce
1/4 cup diced tomatoes
1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 tbsp chopped fresh chives (optional)
1 tsp olive oil or butter (for toasting)
Instructions
If using raw chicken, cook breaded chicken tenders or breast according to package instructions until crispy. Let cool slightly, then chop into bite-sized pieces.
Cook bacon until crispy, then drain on paper towels and crumble.
Warm tortillas slightly in a microwave or dry skillet to make them pliable.
Spread 2 tablespoons of ranch dressing evenly over each tortilla.
Layer ingredients in the center of each tortilla: chopped chicken, bacon, lettuce, tomatoes, cheese, and chives.
Fold the sides of the tortilla inward, then roll tightly from the bottom to enclose the filling.
Optional: Heat a skillet over medium heat and lightly brush with olive oil or butter. Toast the wraps seam-side down for 1-2 minutes per side until golden and crisp.
Slice in half diagonally and serve with extra ranch for dipping.
Notes
For extra crispiness, air fry the assembled wraps at 375°F for 3-4 minutes.
