Crispy Parmesan Salmon Bites

Delicious air-fried salmon bites wrapped in a crunchy Parmesan crust, perfect for snacking or as an appetizer.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb salmon, cubed
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp pepper
  • Garlic butter sauce (for drizzling)
  • Honey (for finishing)

Instructions

  1. Cube the Salmon: Cut fresh salmon into 1-inch cubes.
  2. Coat the Salmon: Toss salmon with olive oil, then mix in parmesan, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  3. Air Fry Time: Preheat air fryer to 380°F. Air fry salmon for 6 minutes until golden, then drizzle with garlic butter.
  4. Give ‘em a Second Round: Spray air fryer basket with olive oil, return salmon, and cook for an additional 8 minutes.
  5. Finish with Flair: Drizzle lightly with honey when plating.

Notes

Storage: Best enjoyed fresh, but can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 days.
