  • 2 lbs Fresh Brussels Sprouts
  • 4 tablespoons Unsalted Butter
  • 2 tablespoons Olive Oil
  • 68 Cloves Garlic, Minced
  • 1 teaspoon Sea Salt (or to taste)
  • 1/2 teaspoon Black Pepper, Freshly Ground
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice, Freshly Squeezed (optional)
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh Parsley, Chopped (optional garnish)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Brussels Sprouts by washing and drying. Trim the ends and slice them in half.
  2. Heat the skillet over medium-high heat, melting olive oil and butter.
  3. Sear the sprouts cut-side down in a single layer for 5-7 minutes.
  4. Stir the sprouts and continue cooking for another 5-8 minutes until crispy-tender.
  5. Create the garlic butter sauce by adding remaining butter and minced garlic to the skillet.
  6. Combine the Brussels sprouts and garlic butter, then season to taste.
  7. Drizzle with lemon juice and garnish with parsley before serving.

Notes

Ensure the butter is at room temperature for easy blending. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 4 days.
