Savory Italian Pinwheels

Delightful bite-sized Italian Pinwheels filled with salami, pepperoni, ham, and creamy cheese, perfect for any gathering.

  • 3 large burrito-size flour tortillas
  • 15 slices salami
  • 15 slices pepperoni
  • 6 slices deli ham
  • 6 slices provolone cheese
  • 3 leaves green leaf lettuce
  • 8 oz. softened cream cheese
  • 1 Tbsp Italian Dressing
  • 1 Tbsp Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp salt and pepper
  • 1/2 cup Pepperoncini, chopped small
  • 1/2 cup roasted red bell peppers, chopped small

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, mix the softened cream cheese, Italian dressing, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, salt, pepper, chopped pepperoncini, and chopped roasted red bell peppers until smooth.
  2. Spread about 1/4 cup of the cream cheese mixture onto each tortilla evenly.
  3. Layer salami, pepperoni, ham, provolone cheese, and lettuce on top of the cream cheese spread.
  4. Tightly roll the tortilla from the edge closest to you into a spiral.
  5. If not serving immediately, wrap in plastic and refrigerate for up to an hour.
  6. Slice the rolled tortillas into 1-inch thick pinwheels with a sharp knife and serve with dipping sauces.

Notes

Ensure cream cheese is softened for easy spreading and use fresh ingredients for the best flavor. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days.
