10 Minute Juicy Lobster Tails

Indulge in succulent lobster tails broiled to perfection in just 10 minutes, coated with a rich garlic butter sauce.

Ingredients

  • Lobster Tails: 2 (8-10 ounces each; look for fresh or thawed frozen tails)
  • Unsalted Butter: 4 tablespoons (room temperature for easy mixing)
  • Garlic: 3-4 cloves, minced (add more if you’re a garlic lover!)
  • Lemon Juice: 1 tablespoon (freshly squeezed is best)
  • Paprika: ½ teaspoon (for color and smokiness)
  • Salt & Pepper: To taste
  • Fresh Parsley: For garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the Broiler: Set your oven to broil and let it heat up for about 5 minutes.
  2. Prep the Lobster Tails: Cut the top shell down the middle, exposing the meat, and lay it on top of the shell while still attached at the base.
  3. Make the Garlic Butter: Mix softened butter, minced garlic, lemon juice, paprika, salt, and pepper in a small bowl.
  4. Apply the Butter Mixture: Generously brush the garlic butter over the exposed lobster meat.
  5. Broil the Lobster: Place the lobster tails on a baking sheet and broil for 7-10 minutes until the meat is opaque and the edges are golden brown.
  6. Garnish & Serve: Remove from the oven, drizzle any remaining garlic butter over the top, and garnish with fresh parsley.

Notes

Ensure lobster tails are fully thawed for even cooking. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 2 days.
