A quick and easy Air Fryer Apple Crisp featuring juicy apples and a crunchy oat topping, perfect for any occasion.

  • 3 medium apples (peeled and diced, about two cups)
  • 3 tbsp lemon juice
  • 2 tsp granulated sugar
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 3 tbsp rolled oats
  • 2 tbsp all-purpose flour (or gluten-free if you prefer)
  • 3 tbsp brown sugar
  • 2 tbsp butter, melted

Instructions

  1. Prepare the baking dishes by buttering or greasing them.
  2. Mix the diced apples, lemon juice, granulated sugar, cinnamon, and salt in a bowl.
  3. Divide the apple mixture between the prepared baking dishes and cover with aluminum foil.
  4. Air fry the covered dishes at 400°F for 10 minutes.
  5. Prepare the topping by combining rolled oats, all-purpose flour, brown sugar, and melted butter in a bowl.
  6. Assemble the topping over the apple mixture once fork-tender.
  7. Close the air fryer and reduce the temperature to 350°F, air frying for an additional 5 minutes.
  8. Cool for 5 minutes before serving warm.

Notes
