  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

Instructions

  1. In a small bowl, combine olive oil, kosher salt, dried oregano, paprika, black pepper, and garlic powder. Mix well to form a paste.
  2. Rub the seasoning paste evenly over both sides of the chicken breasts.
  3. Preheat the air fryer to 370°F (188°C) for about 3–5 minutes.
  4. Place the seasoned chicken breasts in the air fryer basket and cook for 10 minutes.

  6. Remove the chicken and tent with foil, letting it rest for 5 minutes before serving.
