  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Seasoning Paste: In a small bowl, combine olive oil, kosher salt, dried oregano, paprika, black pepper, and garlic powder to form a paste.
  2. Season the Chicken: Rub the seasoning paste evenly over both sides of the chicken breasts.
  3. Preheat the Air Fryer: Set the air fryer to 370°F (188°C) and preheat for 3 minutes.
  4. Cook the Chicken: Place the seasoned chicken breasts in the air fryer and cook for 10 minutes; then flip and continue cooking for an additional 4-8 minutes, until the internal temperature reaches 160°F (71°C).
  5. Rest the Chicken: Remove from the air fryer and let it rest under foil for 5 minutes.

Notes
