Tender and juicy country style ribs cooked to perfection in an air fryer, combining smoky and sweet flavors for a delicious comfort food experience.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 pounds country style pork ribs
  • 1 tablespoon smoked paprika
  • 2 teaspoons garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 cup barbecue sauce

Instructions

  1. Combine the seasoning by mixing smoked paprika, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper in a small bowl.
  2. Prepare the ribs by sprinkling the seasoning mix generously over all sides.
  3. Preheat your air fryer by spraying the basket with non-stick spray and heating to 400°F (200°C).
  4. Cook the seasoned ribs in a single layer for 20 minutes, flipping halfway through.
  5. Add the barbecue sauce all over the ribs and cook for an additional 2 minutes.
  6. Check the internal temperature with a meat thermometer, aiming for 145°F (63°C).
  7. Serve the ribs after letting them rest for a few moments.

Notes

Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days or frozen for up to 3 months. Preseasoning the ribs allows flavors to deepen.
