Delightful crab melts with creamy cheese and zesty seasonings, topped on crispy English muffin halves and cooked to perfection in an air fryer.

  • 2 English muffins, split
  • 8 ounces crab meat, drained
  • 4 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheese (like cheddar or a cheese blend)
  • 2 green onions, sliced
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Paprika for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the crab meat, softened cream cheese, mayonnaise, shredded cheese, sliced green onions, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Mix well until fully incorporated.
  3. Spread the crab mixture evenly onto the split English muffins.
  4. Place the prepared crab melts in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  5. Cook for 5-7 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  6. Remove from the air fryer and sprinkle with paprika if desired. Serve warm.

Notes

Ensure the cream cheese is at room temperature for easier mixing. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 2 days.
