Air Fryer Garlic Parmesan Shrimp

A quick and delicious seafood dish featuring tender shrimp coated in a mouthwatering mix of garlic, olive oil, and Parmesan cheese, all made effortlessly in an air fryer.

  • 1 pound large shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
  • Lemon wedges, for serving

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for about 5 minutes.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine shrimp, olive oil, garlic, paprika, salt, and pepper. Toss to coat.
  3. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese over shrimp and toss gently again.
  4. Lightly spray the air fryer basket with cooking spray, place shrimp in a single layer, and cook for 6-8 minutes, shaking halfway through.
  5. Carefully remove from air fryer and transfer to a serving platter.
  6. Garnish with parsley and serve with lemon wedges.

Notes

Ensure shrimp are at room temperature before cooking for even results. Pat shrimp dry before coating to achieve optimal crispiness.
