  • 1 lb ground turkey
  • 1 small onion (diced finely)
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese (grated)
  • 1 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp hot sauce
  • 1 garlic clove (minced)
  • 1/2 tsp dried thyme
  • 1/2 tsp dried sage
  • 1/2 tsp dried rosemary
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • 1 tsp parsley (chopped)

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients in a large bowl until well combined.
  2. Chill the mixture for 30 minutes if too wet.
  3. Shape into meatballs about 1 ¼ inches in diameter.
  4. Prep the air fryer by spraying the basket with cooking oil and preheating to 400°F.
  5. Cook meatballs in a single layer for 10 minutes, turning halfway.
  6. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.

Notes

For crispier meatballs, lightly spray the meatballs with cooking oil before air frying. Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days or freeze for up to 3 months.
