Crispiest Air Fryer Gnocchi

Deliciously crispy air fryer gnocchi with a fluffy interior, perfect for any meal or gathering.

  • 1 lb gnocchi (shelf-stable, refrigerated, or frozen)
  • 12 tbsp extra-virgin olive oil
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • 23 tbsp freshly grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 390°F and lightly grease the basket with olive oil spray.
  2. Toss the gnocchi with olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper in a bowl. If using frozen gnocchi, add it directly from the freezer.
  3. Add the seasoned gnocchi to the preheated basket without overcrowding.
  4. For shelf-stable or refrigerated gnocchi, air fry for 11 – 14 minutes, shaking every 4 – 5 minutes. For frozen gnocchi, air fry for 13 – 16 minutes, also shaking the basket every 4 – 5 minutes.
  5. Look for a golden and crispy appearance. Serve immediately, garnished with extra Parmesan cheese and fresh parsley.

Notes

Quality matters; use high-quality olive oil and fresh cheese for better flavor. Leftovers can be stored in the fridge for up to 3 days.
