Savory Air Fryer Pork Tenderloin

A quick and easy recipe for juicy, flavor-packed pork tenderloin cooked perfectly in an air fryer.

  • 2 pounds pork tenderloin
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup smoked paprika
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Air Fryer by lightly spraying the basket with cooking spray and preheating it to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Remove the silver skin from the pork tenderloin.
  3. Mix the seasoning: whisk together brown sugar, smoked paprika, garlic powder, kosher salt, and black pepper.
  4. Massage the seasoning mixture evenly over the pork tenderloin.
  5. Air Fry the tenderloin in the basket for 20 minutes, flipping halfway through.
  6. Rest the pork for 5 minutes before slicing.

Notes

Use a meat thermometer to check that the internal temperature reaches 145°F (63°C) for perfectly cooked pork.
