Crispy Air Fryer Radishes

Transform radishes into a crispy, flavorful snack with this quick and healthy air fryer recipe.

  • 1 pound radishes (stemmed, trimmed & halved, about 3 cups)
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil (extra virgin)
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley (chopped, for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the radishes: Start by trimming the stem and root ends off the radishes. Slice each radish in half to allow for even cooking and maximum surface area for crisping.
  2. Preheat the air fryer: Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  3. Season the radishes: In a large bowl, toss the halved radishes with olive oil, salt, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper.
  4. Air Fry: Place the radishes in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Air fry for 15-18 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
  5. Garnish and serve: Once done, remove the radishes from the air fryer and transfer them to a serving dish. Garnish with freshly chopped parsley and serve hot.

Notes

For extra crunch, increase the cooking time by 2-3 minutes. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days.
