A healthy twist on classic chicken bites, featuring a crispy panko crust and savory ranch seasoning, made effortlessly in an air fryer.

  • 1 lb chicken breast, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 2 tbsp ranch seasoning mix
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 large eggs, beaten
  • Cooking spray (olive oil or avocado oil)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the Air Fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine panko breadcrumbs, ranch seasoning, and Parmesan cheese. Mix well.
  3. Dip each chicken piece into the beaten eggs, coating them well.
  4. Transfer egg-coated chicken to the breadcrumb mixture, pressing lightly to ensure a good coating.
  5. Arrange the coated chicken bites in a single layer in the air fryer basket and spray the tops with cooking spray.
  6. Cook for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway through until golden brown.
  7. Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.

Notes

For a dairy-free option, substitute Parmesan cheese with nutritional yeast. Avoid overcrowding the air fryer for best results.
