Cheesy Alfredo Chicken Broccoli Skillet Lasagna

A comforting one-pan meal that combines the classic flavors of lasagna with creamy Alfredo sauce, tender chicken, and vibrant broccoli, all cooked in just 30 minutes.

  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 2 cups broccoli florets, steamed
  • 3 cups Alfredo sauce
  • 9 lasagna noodles, broken into pieces
  • 1 ½ cups mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 2 cups water
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Heat oil in a large, deep skillet over medium heat.
  2. Sauté chicken for 2-3 minutes until heated through.
  3. Add Alfredo sauce and water, stirring well to combine.
  4. Incorporate lasagna noodles, ensuring they are submerged.
  5. Simmer for 12-15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  6. Add steamed broccoli and gently fold in.
  7. Sprinkle mozzarella and Parmesan cheese over the top and cover.
  8. Cook for another 5 minutes until cheese is melted.
  9. Rest for a few minutes before serving.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days. For a dish that’s even faster, use leftover rotisserie chicken.
