Almond Flour Chocolate Chip Cookies

  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a bowl, whisk together almond flour, baking soda, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, beat together brown sugar and eggs until fluffy, then add vanilla.
  4. Gradually incorporate the dry mixture into the wet ingredients, folding gently.
  5. Fold in chocolate chips until evenly distributed.
  6. Using a cookie scoop, drop cookie dough onto the baking sheet.
  7. Bake for 10-12 minutes until edges are golden.
  8. Cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
