Amazing Christmas Cookie Lasagna Dessert

A whimsical twist on classic lasagna, this no-bake dessert features layers of gingerbread cookies, creamy filling, and festive candies, perfect for holiday gatherings.

  • 2 cups crushed gingerbread cookies
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup whipped cream
  • 1 cup green and red M&Ms or holiday-themed sprinkles
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup crushed peppermint candies

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine crushed gingerbread cookies with melted butter. Press the mixture evenly into the bottom of a 9×13 inch baking dish to form the crust.
  2. In another bowl, blend cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth. Gradually fold in whipped cream.
  3. Spread the cream cheese filling over the gingerbread crust. Sprinkle with M&Ms, chocolate chips, and crushed peppermint.
  4. For thicker layers, repeat the layering process and finish with whipped cream on top.
  5. Chill in the refrigerator for at least two hours before serving.

Notes

Ensure cream cheese and whipped cream are at room temperature for a lump-free filling. Store in the fridge for up to 3 days.
