Ingredients

  • Assorted Cured Meats (e.g., salami, prosciutto)
  • Mozzarella (fresh mozzarella balls)
  • Provolone (aged)
  • Goat Cheese (plain or herbed)
  • Mix of green and black olives (e.g., Kalamata or Castelvetrano)
  • Cherry Tomatoes (vibrant-colored)
  • Artichoke Hearts (marinated or canned)
  • Roasted Red Peppers (jarred)
  • Fresh Basil (for garnish)
  • Pine Nuts (lightly toasted)
  • Crackers or Breadsticks (e.g., Carr’s Table Water Crackers or grissini)

Instructions

  1. Prepare Your Base: Start with a large, round platter or a wooden cutting board.
  2. Arrange Meats: Lay out the assorted cured meats in a circular pattern around the edge of the platter, overlapping slightly.
  3. Add Cheese Clusters: Create clusters of mozzarella balls, slices of provolone, and crumbles of goat cheese within the meat circle.
  4. Fill with Veggies: Distribute cherry tomatoes, olives, artichoke hearts, and roasted red peppers evenly on the board.
  5. Garnish: Tuck fresh basil leaves around the wreath, and sprinkle pine nuts in between.
  6. Serve with Crackers or Breadsticks: Place crackers or breadsticks in the center or on the side for easy access.
