A beautiful circular arrangement of Italian cured meats, cheeses, olives, and vegetables, perfect for holiday gatherings.

Ingredients

  • 1 pint Grape tomatoes
  • 8 oz small mozzarella balls
  • 12 oz sliced (or cubed) Italian cured meats (prosciutto and salami)
  • 15 oz jar of quartered artichoke hearts (in water)
  • 8 oz jar of olives (mix of green and black)
  • Fresh basil
  • Fresh rosemary (optional)
  • High-quality olive oil (for drizzling)
  • Balsamic glaze or thick balsamic vinegar
  • Freshly cracked pepper

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Ingredients: Wash the grape tomatoes and fresh basil, and drain the jars of olives, artichoke hearts, and mozzarella balls.
  2. Assemble the Skewers: Thread ingredients onto skewers in a balanced pattern.
  3. Build the Wreath: Arrange the skewers in a circular fashion on a large round platter, drizzling with olive oil and balsamic glaze.
  4. Repeat Layers: Create additional layers if desired.
  5. Final Touch and Serve: Add freshly cracked pepper and enjoy!
