Autumn Pear Salad with Candied Walnuts and Balsamic Vinaigrette

A delightful salad celebrating the flavors of autumn with sweet pears, crunchy candied walnuts, creamy feta, and a tangy balsamic vinaigrette.

Ingredients

  • 6 cups Mixed Greens (arugula, spinach, or kale)
  • 2 Ripe Pears, Sliced
  • 1 cup Candied Walnuts
  • 1/2 cup Crumbled Feta Cheese
  • 1/4 cup Dried Cranberries
  • 1/4 cup Balsamic Vinaigrette
  • Salt and Pepper to Taste

Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine mixed greens and sliced pears.
  2. Sprinkle on candied walnuts, crumbled feta, and dried cranberries.
  3. Drizzle balsamic vinaigrette over the top.
  4. Toss gently to combine all ingredients.
  5. Season with salt and pepper to taste and serve immediately.

Notes

For crisp greens, add dressing just before serving. Leftovers stored separately can last up to 2 days.
