Avocado Bacon and Egg Toasts

A delicious and quick breakfast of creamy avocado, crispy bacon, and perfectly cooked eggs on artisan bread.

Ingredients

  • 2 slices of artisan bread
  • 1 ripe avocado
  • 2 slices of bacon
  • 2 eggs
  • Hot honey (to taste)
  • Salt and pepper (to taste)

Instructions

  1. Toast the artisan bread until golden brown (about 2-3 minutes).
  2. In a frying pan, cook the bacon until crispy (5-7 minutes).
  3. In the same pan, fry the eggs to your preference (3-5 minutes).
  4. Mash the avocado in a bowl and season with salt and pepper (1-2 minutes).
  5. Spread the mashed avocado on each slice of toast.
  6. Top each toast with crispy bacon and a fried egg.
  7. Drizzle hot honey over the top.
  8. Serve immediately and enjoy!
