Avocado Deviled Eggs

A creamy and spicy twist on classic deviled eggs made with ripe avocado and a hint of sriracha.

Ingredients

  • 6 hard-boiled eggs
  • 1 ripe avocado
  • 1 tablespoon sriracha sauce
  • 1 tablespoon mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon lime juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Paprika for garnish
  • Chopped cilantro for garnish

Instructions

  1. Slice the hard-boiled eggs in half lengthwise and scoop out the yolks into a mixing bowl.
  2. Mash yolks and avocado together until smooth.
  3. Stir in sriracha, mayonnaise, lime juice, salt, and pepper until combined.
  4. Spoon or pipe the mixture back into the egg white halves.
  5. Garnish with paprika and chopped cilantro.
  6. Refrigerate for 30 minutes before serving.

Notes

For easier mashing, ensure the avocado is at room temperature. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days.
