A creamy and zesty nut-free twist on traditional pesto, perfect for pasta, grilled veggies, and sandwiches.

  • 1 Cup Ripe Avocado
  • 1 Cup Water
  • 1/4 Cup Lemon Juice
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Salt
  • 1/4 Teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 1/4 Teaspoon Garlic Powder

Instructions

  1. Gather all your ingredients for blending.
  2. Add all pesto ingredients into a high-speed blender and blend on high until smooth and creamy.
  3. Taste and adjust with more lemon juice or salt if necessary.
