  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 8 strips of bacon
  • 4 large onions
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cut the tops off the onions and scoop out the insides.
  3. In a bowl, mix ground beef, shredded cheddar cheese, salt, and pepper.
  4. Stuff each onion with the beef mixture.
  5. Wrap each stuffed onion with a strip of bacon, securing with toothpicks if necessary.
