Irresistible Bacon, Egg, and Tater Tot Casserole

A delightful casserole combining crispy bacon, fluffy eggs, and crunchy tater tots for a comforting breakfast dish.

  • 1 pound bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 8 large eggs
  • 2 cups frozen tater tots
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (e.g., cheddar or your choice)
  • 1 cup milk
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Optional: Chopped green onions for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs and milk. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  3. In a greased 9×13 inch baking dish, layer the tater tots.
  4. Sprinkle the browned and crumbled bacon on top of the tater tots.
  5. Pour the egg mixture over the bacon and tater tots.
  6. Top with shredded cheese.
  7. Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until the eggs are set and the cheese is bubbly and golden.
  8. Let cool slightly before serving and garnish if desired.
