- 2 envelopes Knox Unflavored Gelatin
- 8 ounces Blanco Tequila
Instructions
- Pour 8 ounces of Baja Blast into a medium-sized pot.
- Sprinkle 2 envelopes of Knox Unflavored Gelatin over the top of the soda. Allow it to bloom for about 5 minutes.
- Turn the heat to medium-high, gently stirring the mixture until the gelatin has fully dissolved.
- Remove the pot from heat and stir in 8 ounces of Blanco tequila until well combined.
- Evenly distribute the mixture into jello shot cups and refrigerate for at least 2 hours to set.
