Baked Garlic Parmesan Shrimp

A quick and easy baked shrimp dish with garlic and Parmesan, perfect for family dinners or special occasions.

  • 1 pound large shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine melted butter, minced garlic, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Mix until blended.
  3. Add the shrimp to the bowl and toss until evenly coated.
  4. Spread the shrimp in a single layer on a lined baking sheet.
  5. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese generously over the shrimp.
  6. Bake in the oven for 10-12 minutes, or until shrimp are pink and opaque.
  7. Remove from the oven and garnish with chopped parsley before serving.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Shrimp can be marinated ahead of time.
