Ultimate Banana Bread Bliss

A classic banana bread recipe made with wholesome ingredients, perfect for gatherings or a quick breakfast.

  • 3 medium ripe bananas
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • 1/4 cup melted coconut oil
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 1/2 cups blanched almond flour
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/3 cup chopped walnuts, chocolate chips, or blueberries (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a 9 by 5-inch loaf pan with parchment paper or grease it with oil.
  2. Mash the bananas until mostly smooth in a large mixing bowl.
  3. Add the eggs, maple syrup, melted coconut oil, and vanilla extract to the mashed bananas, and whisk until combined.
  4. Stir in the almond flour, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt until a thick batter forms.
  5. Fold in optional add-ins if using.
  6. Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and smooth the top. Bake for 50 to 60 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
  7. Cool in the pan for 15 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely before slicing.

Notes

Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to three days. Can refrigerate for about a week or freeze for up to three months.
