Instructions

  1. Mash the ripe bananas until smooth.
  2. Add chia seeds, almond milk, vanilla extract, and sweetener (if using) to the mashed bananas.
  3. Whisk well until all ingredients are combined.
  4. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours until it thickens.

Notes
