Indulgent Banana Pudding Brownies

A delightful twist on classic comfort with rich chocolate brownies swirled with creamy banana pudding.

  • 1 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 2 cups granulated sugar
  • 4 large eggs, room temperature
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup cocoa powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 2 ripe bananas, mashed
  • 1 cup banana pudding (prepared)
  • Chocolate chips (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13 inch baking pan.
  2. Melt the butter and mix with sugar until fluffy.
  3. Add eggs one at a time and mix in vanilla extract.
  4. Whisk together flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt in a separate bowl.
  5. Combine wet and dry ingredients until just mixed.
  6. Fold in mashed bananas and half of the banana pudding.
  7. Pour batter into prepared pan and smooth the top.
  8. Swirl the remaining banana pudding on top and optional chocolate chips.
  9. Bake for 30-35 minutes until a toothpick comes out with a few moist crumbs.
  10. Let cool for 10-15 minutes before slicing.

Notes

Use overripe bananas for enhanced sweetness. Store brownies in an airtight container.
