Crispy and spicy Bang Bang Chicken Sliders, perfect for game day or gatherings. Freshly made with bold flavors, these sliders will become the star of your next party!

  • 23 chicken breasts or chicken tenders
  • 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp sweet chili sauce
  • 12 tbsp sriracha
  • 1 tbsp rice vinegar
  • Slider buns (brioche preferred)
  • Lettuce (iceberg or romaine)
  • Pickles (dill)
  • Other toppings (optional): avocado, jalapeños, coleslaw

Instructions

  1. Prep the chicken by slicing into smaller pieces and seasoning with salt and pepper.
  2. Set up the dredging station with flour, beaten egg, and panko breadcrumbs in separate bowls.
  3. Dredge the chicken: coat in flour, dip in egg, then coat in panko.
  4. Heat oil in a skillet and fry chicken for 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown.
  5. Prepare the Bang Bang sauce by mixing mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, sriracha, and rice vinegar.
  6. Assemble sliders with lettuce, crispy chicken, and Bang Bang sauce.
  7. Serve immediately for the best crunch!

Notes

These sliders are best enjoyed fresh. Store components separately in the fridge for up to 2 days or freeze un-cooked, breaded chicken for up to 2 months.
