Delightful veggie pizza pinwheels with fresh vegetables, herbs, and cheesy goodness wrapped in soft dough.

Ingredients

  • 1 package Pizza Dough (store-bought)
  • 8 oz Cream Cheese, softened
  • 1 cup Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
  • 1 cup Bell Peppers, chopped (mixed colors)
  • 1/2 cup Olives, pitted and chopped
  • 1 cup Spinach or Kale, chopped
  • 1/2 cup Pizza Sauce (for dipping)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and roll out pizza dough on a floured surface.
  2. Spread cream cheese evenly across the dough, leaving a small border.
  3. Layer shredded mozzarella, bell peppers, olives, and spinach on top of cream cheese.
  4. Roll the dough tightly into a log and pinch edges to seal.
  5. Slice into 1-inch pinwheels and arrange on a baking sheet.
  6. Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden and bubbly. Serve warm with pizza sauce.
