  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 teaspoons smoked paprika
  • 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • Lemon wedges (for serving)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a small bowl, mix together smoked paprika, cayenne pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Brush both catfish fillets with olive oil.
  4. Coat the fillets with the spice mixture, pressing it into the fish.
  5. Place the fillets in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  6. Cook for 8-10 minutes, checking halfway for doneness (internal temperature should reach 145°F or 63°C).
  7. Serve hot with lemon wedges on the side.
