  • Vanilla extract (optional)

Instructions

  1. Combine the chia seeds and milk in a bowl, whisking thoroughly to prevent clumping.
  2. Set the mixture aside for 10-15 minutes, stirring again to redistribute the seeds.
  3. Add your preferred sweetener and vanilla extract, stirring well.
  4. Fold in the fresh blueberries gently with a spatula.
  5. Pour the mixture into jars and refrigerate for at least 2-4 hours or overnight.
  6. Serve chilled, topped with extra blueberries.
