  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup sour cream

  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 1/4 cup butter, melted
  • 1/2 cup flour

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine 1 cup sugar and 1/3 cup flour. Add 1/2 cup sour cream, 2 large eggs, and 1/2 teaspoon vanilla. Mix until smooth and creamy.
  3. Place 3 cups blueberries into a prepared pie crust. Pour the cream filling evenly over the blueberries.
  4. In another bowl, combine 2 1/2 tablespoons brown sugar, 2 tablespoons sugar, 1 teaspoon cinnamon, and 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg. Mix in the melted butter and gradually add 1/2 cup flour until crumbly.
  5. Evenly distribute the crumb topping over the pie.
  6. Bake for about 55 minutes or until the filling is bubbly and topping is golden brown.
  7. Let cool slightly before slicing. Serve warm with vanilla ice cream.
