Bologna Cake

A delightful and unconventional savory treat layered with bologna, cream cheese, and Ritz crackers.

  • 1 lb sliced bologna
  • 2 tablespoons grated onion
  • 1 (8-ounce) package cream cheese, softened
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 package Ritz crackers

Instructions

  1. Prepare your ingredients by gathering all items and softening the cream cheese at room temperature for about 30 minutes.
  2. In a medium mixing bowl, beat together the softened cream cheese, grated onion, and Worcestershire sauce until smooth and fluffy, around 3-5 minutes.
  3. Spread a small amount of cream cheese mixture on a serving plate, place the first slice of bologna on top, and repeat layering until all slices are used, finishing with cream cheese.
  4. Frost the cake generously with the remaining cream cheese mixture.
  5. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour to set.
  6. Once chilled, slice into wedges and serve with Ritz crackers.

Notes

Ensure cream cheese is softened for easy blending. Store tightly covered in the refrigerator for up to 4 days.
