Breakfast Pizza

A delicious and versatile breakfast that combines the comforting flavors of pizza with your favorite morning ingredients.

Ingredients

  • 1 can crescent rolls
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)
  • 1/2 cup cooked breakfast sausage or bacon (optional)
  • 1/2 cup bell peppers, diced (optional)
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh herbs for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Unroll the crescent rolls and lay them out on a greased baking sheet, pressing the seams together to form a solid pizza crust.
  3. In a bowl, whisk the eggs with salt and pepper.
  4. Pour the egg mixture over the crescent roll crust, spreading it evenly.
  5. Sprinkle shredded cheese, cooked sausage or bacon, and diced bell peppers on top.
  6. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until the eggs are set and the crust is golden brown.
  7. Remove from the oven, garnish with fresh herbs if desired, slice into squares, and serve hot.

Notes

For best results, use fresh, high-quality ingredients. Leftovers can be stored in the fridge for up to 3 days.
