  • 2 large ripe mangoes, diced
  • 4 ripe kiwis, diced
  • 3 cups Greek yogurt (plain, full-fat or 2%)
  • 1 cup granola
  • 24 tablespoons honey or maple syrup (optional)
  • Fresh mint leaves for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Prepare fruits: Wash, peel, and dice mangoes and kiwis into small cubes.
  2. Sweeten yogurt: In a medium bowl, mix Greek yogurt with honey or maple syrup to taste.
  3. Layer parfaits: In clear glasses or bowls, layer diced kiwi, followed by yogurt, granola, and diced mango. Repeat layers until containers are filled.
  4. Garnish: Top with additional fruit and fresh mint leaves if desired.
  5. Chill: Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving to allow flavors to meld.
