  • 2 tbsp brown sugar
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1/2 tsp salt

  • 1/4 tsp ground cinnamon (optional)

Instructions

  1. Peel and cut the carrots into 1-inch pieces.
  2. In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat.
  3. Add the brown sugar and honey, stirring until the mixture thickens and bubbles, about 2-3 minutes.
  4. Add the carrots to the skillet, stirring to coat them evenly with the glaze.
