Brown Sugar Honey Glazed Spiral Ham

A tender and juicy spiral-cut ham glazed with a sweet and savory blend of brown sugar, honey, and Dijon mustard, perfect for family gatherings.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 (8–10 lb) Spiral-Cut Ham
  • 1 cup Brown Sugar
  • ½ cup Honey
  • ½ cup Dijon Mustard
  • ¼ cup Apple Cider Vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon Ground Cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon Ground Cloves
  • Freshly cracked black pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 325°F (165°C).
  2. In a medium saucepan, combine brown sugar, honey, Dijon mustard, apple cider vinegar, cinnamon, cloves, and black pepper. Whisk over medium heat until the sugar dissolves, about 5 minutes.
  3. Place the ham on a large roasting pan and score the surface with shallow diagonal cuts.
  4. Brush the glaze generously all over the ham, ensuring you get into the spiral cuts.
  5. Cover loosely with aluminum foil and bake for about 1 hour. Remove the foil and baste the ham with the reserved glaze.
  6. Continue baking for another 30-45 minutes, basting every 15 minutes, until the ham reaches an internal temperature of 140°F (60°C).
  7. Let the ham rest for 20-30 minutes before carving. Serve warm!

Notes

For best results, use high-quality ingredients. You can also make the glaze a day in advance.
