Sweet & Creamy Brown Sugar Overnight Oats

A simple and delicious breakfast option that combines rolled oats, brown sugar, and creamy milk for a perfect start to your day.

  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar (or to taste)

Instructions

  1. In a bowl or jar, combine the rolled oats, milk, brown sugar, chia seeds (if using), vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt. Stir well to ensure everything is evenly mixed.
  2. Cover and refrigerate the mixture overnight (or for at least 4 hours) to let the oats absorb the liquid.
