Buffalo Chicken Sliders

Delicious Buffalo Chicken Sliders with a perfect blend of spicy buffalo sauce and creamy ranch dressing, served on sweet Hawaiian rolls.

  • 2 cups cooked shredded chicken
  • 1/2 cup buffalo sauce
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 12 sweet Hawaiian rolls
  • 1/4 cup ranch dressing
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions (optional)
  • Butter for brushing

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, mix the shredded chicken with buffalo sauce until well coated.
  3. Cut the Hawaiian rolls in half and place the bottom halves in a baking dish.
  4. Spread the buffalo chicken mixture over the bottom halves of the rolls.
  5. Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese on top of the chicken.
  6. Add ranch dressing and chopped green onions if desired.
  7. Place the top halves of the rolls back on.
  8. Brush the tops with melted butter.
  9. Cover with foil and bake for 15-20 minutes.
  10. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 5-10 minutes until golden brown.
  11. Serve warm.

Notes

Use unsalted butter for better seasoning control. Store any leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
