A delightful summer pizza topped with creamy burrata, sweet peaches, and aromatic rosemary on a homemade crust.

Ingredients

  • Pizza Dough (homemade or store-bought)
  • Burrata Cheese
  • Fresh Peaches
  • Fresh Rosemary
  • Olive Oil
  • Salt
  • Black Pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 475°F (245°C).
  2. Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface to about 10-12 inches in diameter.
  3. Transfer the rolled-out dough to a baking sheet or preheated pizza stone.
  4. Drizzle olive oil over the dough and season with salt and black pepper.
  5. Tear the burrata cheese into bite-sized pieces and scatter evenly over the dough.
  6. Thinly slice the peaches and arrange them on top of the burrata.
  7. Sprinkle fresh rosemary leaves over the pizza.
  8. Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, until golden and bubbly.
  9. Remove from oven and let cool slightly before serving.

Notes

Allow the burrata to come to room temperature for a creamier melt. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 2 days.
