Canned Chicken Pizza Crust

A quick and easy pizza crust made from canned chicken, perfect for busy nights and customizable with your favorite toppings.

  • 10 ounces (280g) canned chicken, drained
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 ounce (30g) grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tablespoon melted butter or olive oil (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Drain the canned chicken and spread it out on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake for 8-10 minutes to remove excess moisture.
  3. In a bowl, combine the dried chicken, grated Parmesan, and egg. Mix until fully combined.
  4. Increase the oven temperature to 450°F (230°C). Spread the chicken mixture into a thin, even layer on the baking sheet.
  5. Bake for 10 minutes until firm and golden brown.
  6. Add your desired toppings and bake again for another 7-10 minutes until the cheese is bubbly and golden.

Notes

Make sure the chicken is well-drained for the right crust texture. Use parchment paper for easy cleanup.
